Upstairs features a Queen bedroom with private balcony, second bedroom with two single beds, ceiling fans and a spacious bathroom. The comfortable lounge/dining area is air conditioned for your comfort.

A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The comfortable family room features lovely furnishings including a leather lounge suite, flat screen TV, a combo DVD & video player for your enjoyment. The lounge area leads out to a sunny balcony which runs the length of the dining and living areas. The third bedroom downstairs serves as a second living area with a lounge suite, flat screen TV, kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave and sink, a queen size bed and separate shower and toilet and private court yard. An internal laundry equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Situated half a block from Sawtell's beautiful patrolled beach and also a quick, easy stroll to the main street (First Avenue) lined with historic fig trees where you'll find Sawtell's award winning restaurants, cafes & hotel, RSL Club, and boutiques.
