We at Holiday Coffs Coast would like to reassure you that we are taking the following precautions to ensure we are doing all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Know that we have your health as our main concern.

Please note that we aim to provide self-contained accommodation with everything that you need for your stay. Therefore guests can feel confident to apply social distancing or self-isolation as much you feel whilst staying with us.  

Should you develop any flu-like symptoms while staying at any of our properties please inform management immediately so that extra precautions can be taken to minimize the risk of transference. We are here to help you.

Our properties are sanitised to a high standard and all extra precautions are taken to disinfect surfaces and linen prior to your stay and after your departure.

High-grade, anti-viral chemicals are used to ensure the elimination of pathogens, with particular attention to the bathroom, toilet, shower, kitchen and food preparation areas. All linen and covers are hot-washed with disinfectants and softening agents to make sure they are both hygienic and comfortable.

Please only use what you need – particularly soap and toilet paper.

We are urging everyone to follow the hygiene advice of the World Health Organisation, the most important being:

• Wash your hands with soap for 20 seconds minimum
• Practice social distancing – 1.5m away from others
• Do not touch your face – especially your mouth, nose and eyes
