Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to provide my own photos?

We have professional photographers on-hand so that your property will be extremely appealing to those looking to book. These professional photos are included in our small set-up fee. (more information upon request)

How will I know my house will be kept in good shape?

We will provide ongoing management of your property with regular inspections by our team and cleaners as well as providing you with a full written report every six months informing you of the current condition of your property, any recommendations and possible rent increases.

Do I need to organise my own tradesmen?

Property repairs are coordinated on behalf of the Landlord, with qualified tradespeople. We ensure that the tradespeople of our choice have up to date and current certification, licensing and insurance, and competitive pricing.

We enlist the services of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, handymen and garden maintenance providers to keep the garden immaculate. Over the years, we’ve built trusted relationships with local tradespeople in every field and can arrange all work on your behalf.

Do I need to arrange a cleaner?

Before marketing your holiday property, it is recommended to have your property professionally cleaned from top to bottom. Prices are approximately $30-$45 per hour plus $30-$35 per bag of linen (3 beds). For your unit we expect the rough price to be $175 per clean. We are able to arrange this on your behalf.

How often will my house be rented?

The Coffs Coast is a popular tourism destination. The popularity paired with our experience & customer service has led Holiday Coffs Coast to rent out at over 75% capacity on a regular basis. Simply provide more details about your home and we can give you some estimates and pricing.
