A 25% deposit + $77 booking fee is required within 7 days of booking your accommodation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking. The balance of payment for your accommodation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Due to high demand of holiday letting, you will need to re-book prior to your departure and a 25% holding deposit + $77.00 booking fee must be received within 7 days of booking to secure your stay. You only have the right to rebook the property for the same dates for the following year, if you book the property prior to departure.
Arrivals & Departures
The premises are let to you only for the period stated on your booking confirmation and the number of occupants must not exceed the number stated. The premises are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and full payment is required before keys will be handed out. Properties must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy manner. Failure to vacate on time will incur an additional charge. Please return all keys after vacating your accommodation. If your accommodation is in Sawtell, keys can be returned through the slot provided to the right of the main entrance of our office. In the event of an early departure, there is no refund.
Lost Keys/Lock Out
If you require a duplicate set of keys after hours, a $110 callout fee is applicable upon delivery/collection. Please call the office on 02 6658 1117 and request the after-hours extension.
For serious accidents or life-threatening emergencies, please call ‘000‘
Our emergency after-hours number for holiday property is 0417 533 270 (CALL ONLY). Emergencies are considered:
- Power Outage
- No Hot Water
- Water Leaks
- After hours Lock Outs
- Wet Mattress
Extra fees may apply for after-hours call-outs that are non-emergencies.
Cleanliness and Damages
Our housekeepers do not remove garbage or wash dishes for guests so please ensure that all garbage is removed from your holiday property and placed in the council bins provided. All properties are to be left in a clean and tidy manner upon vacating. Please wash all dishes and put away prior to departure and ensure BBQs are left clean and tidy. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge. Please do not hesitate to contact the office if there are any cleaning issues on arrival.
Please place on kerb opening to the road. Red & Yellow bins are taken on alternate weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact the office if an additional pickup is required.
If the gas bottle is empty or you run out, please find your nearest SWAP & GO centre here. Please keep your receipt and we will arrange reimbursement.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- No pets are permitted on the premises (unless given prior authority, see Pet Policy here). Additional cleaning charges, as well as professional flea treatment, will be charged to guests upon finding that pets have been staying on the premises.
- Strictly no smoking within the premises.
- Parking is only available in the allocated parking space for your accommodation.
- Soliciting from the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Bed linen and towels are supplied at the majority of properties; however we ask that you bring along beach towels for use around the pool or at the beach
