There is an extra fold out sofa bed in the living room to sleep an extra guest if required, but please note that access for the bathroom is through the main bedroom. Laundry is external and includes washer and outdoor clothesline and undercover air dryer.Linen and bath towels are provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels. No Pets, No parties and no smoking permitted.
